This strategy provides a roadmap for Gender Links as it navigates the Covid-19 pandemic in search of an inclusive, equal and just society in which women and girls, in all their diversity, exercise their voice and choice in accordance with the SADC Protocol on Gender and Development and related regional, continental and global instruments.

Crafted against the bitter-sweet backdrop of a pandemic and our 20th anniversary, the 2021 to 2025 strategy presents a radical rethinking of Gender Links’ work and ways of working. It is a testament to our stubborn hope even in the worst of times.
