Good for gender equality, good for business

Gender-inclusive reporting reaches a wider audience and strengthens media relevance – especially in a challenging market with rising costs and digital disruption. Women are a powerful, growing consumer base; inclusive content helps outlets stay competitive and connected.
Along with strengthening reporting, the media parity programme also addresses gender inequality within newsrooms, tackling issues critical for respectful and equitable media workplaces. CFI Media Development leads this.
