THABANG CDC has registered a social enterprise to offer entrepreneurial skills, empowering GBV victims under the Sewing Project purchasing industrial machinery and accessories.

By equipping women with sewing skills response care and healing, the organisation opens avenues for income generation. Women can create and sell products, engage in local markets ad offer tailoring services. As the women will become economically empowered, they will develop a sense of ownership and pride in the organisation’s work includes actively contribute to the organisation’s growth by volunteering, advocating, or even becoming donors. Empowered women often become advocates for social change.
