Maya Quilolo

Maya Quilolo (b. 1994) is a Maroon artist, activist and researcher, and founder of Atelie Mukambu, a black Indigenous initiative that has been nationally and internationally awarded. Her investigations address and explore intersections between art, advocacy, and black Indigenous cosmologies through film, photography, drawing, performance, literature.
