Faith Maluleke is passionate about restoring hope, dignity and safety to vulnerable members of society, particularly survivors of rape and domestic violence, orphans and vulnerable children. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing requires emotional, spiritual, practical and legal support. Through community based advocacy and direct victim empowerment, she works to build safer communities where survivors are heard and supported to rebuild their lives.

Background

Faith’s work is rooted in frontline community service and victim empowerment in the non-profit sector. As programme leader of Prince of Peace Victim Empowerment, she provides direct support to survivors of rape, domestic violence and trauma, as well as to orphans and vulnerable children. Her work includes crisis debriefing, court preparation, case monitoring, trauma management, shelter provision, community facilitation and campaigns in schools, churches and homes.

Current Projects / Work

Faith currently supports the operation of the Prince of Peace Victim Empowerment shelter, providing temporary safe accommodation and comprehensive support to survivors of domestic violence and rape. She also conducts community campaigns and school outreach on GBV prevention, youth development and HIV/AIDS awareness, provides counselling and trauma debriefing, and coordinates food distribution and support for orphans and vulnerable children.
