Gender Links is cascading the Voice and Choice campaign through its 425 Centres of Excellence (COE) for Gender in Local Government in 10 SADC countries.

In August 2018, senior local government officials and youth representatives from all the COE countries met to develop a strategy and training materials. This meeting paved the way for training workshops in each country (see local government SRHR strategy meetings). Each country customised these materials to its specific circumstances (see the example from Zambia)
