An experienced accountant, Thuthukani joined us in April 2024 as a Grant Associate.  

 Previously, he was an integral part of a fast-paced and diverse Southern African Development Community economic development project implemented by Development Alternative Initiatives (DAI).

Thuthukani’s non-governmental organisation journey began in 2018 when he worked as a bookkeeper for Wits Health Consortium in Soweto, at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital Bara. After that, he I DAI in 2019 as an accountant on two successful regional projects – the Southern Africa Trade and Investment Hub, funded by the United States Agency for International Development, better known as USAID, and Trade Forward Southern Africa, funded by the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
