Sivananda Chellan (Sivam)

Sivam Chellan, currently serves as Senior Finance and Programme Officer at Gender Links since February 2026. He oversees the organization's financial management and accountability structures, donor compliance, monitoring and data analysis. With over five years of experience in the local civil society sector, he began his career supporting EU-funded anti-corruption initiatives focused on transparency, integrity and institutional accountability, before transitioning into finance and monitoring. 

Sivam is passionate about human rights, social justice and car mechanics and is committed to strengthening accountability and contributing to initiatives that empower communities and drive meaningful social change.
