Ntolo joined the organization in 2010 as an intern, having first volunteered in the Lesotho office where she supported the office during the first Gender Links Gender Justice and Local Government Summit and Awards. Due to her hard work and dedication, she was later appointed Programme and Finance Officer. In this role, she worked on major organizational programmes such as the Centres of Excellence(COE) programme and the Sunrise Campaign, which were implemented across 50 local government councils in all 10 districts of Lesotho, while providing programme support and managing donor-funded project finances for partners including the EU, GIZ, UNFPA, and other regional donors.
