Masechaba Thorela

General Secretary of the Christian Council of Lesotho, Masechaba is a highly organised, dedicated and ambitious person who possesses strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the utmost discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information. 

She possesses leadership skills, project management, conflict management, mediation, attentive listening, advocacy, gender dialogue facilitator, human dignity and  is self-disciplined and principled, ethical and decisive. 

Recently, Masechaba acquired mentorship, coaching, trauma and healing skills on sensitive gender and relationship matters, recovering from violence and human rights violation issues, attachment and vulnerability trauma and woundedness and the brain and memory trauma.
