Khensani is a professional Chef who has a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and a Certificate of Higher Education in Culinary Excellence and Hospitality Management South African Chefs Association.
Khensani has worked in upmarket restaurants such as Olives and Plates and has more than eight years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Khensani is an all-rounder chef, passionate about delivering outstanding quality and service and has experience as a private chef, which exposed her to different customer needs.
She joined Gender Links Cottages in September 2023 and is responsible for all the cooking. Khensani has introduced new recipes, ensuring the guests receive crave-worthy dishes.
