
Josephine Ncube

Josephine is an experienced Zimbabwean jurist who is deeply committed to social development. Her public service extends to the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, where she held key positions, including chief law officer for policy and legal research, and principal law officer for legal drafting.
Josephine also served as counsel to the Parliament of Zimbabwe and secretary to the Parliamentary Legal Committee, having begun her legal career as a public prosecutor in the provincial and regional courts. She has a Master of Business Administration from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute and a Bachelor of Laws (hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She is admitted as a legal practitioner of both the High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe, and is a proud member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
Josephine’s commitment to broader societal development is evident through her board memberships, including the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education, Clarion Insurance Company, the United Methodist Women’s Centre and Life Ministries Zimbabwe.
