Served as Senior HR Manager and Southern Cluster Talent Leader, Jena is recognized for translating business strategy into innovative talent solutions that foster growth and support future workforce needs. 

Her expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including financial services, consulting, banking, technology, telecom, and HR consulting. Jena is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and is known for her ability to influence culture change, lead strategic talent initiatives, and manage complex organizational transformations.
