Dr Athaliah Molokomme

Dr Molokomme is a lawyer by training who has expertise  in human rights and  gender issues at national, regional & global level and was the founding  head of the Gender unit  at the Secretariat of the Southern African Development Community. She has taught law at the university of Botswana; served as a  high court judge and as Botswana’s first female attorney general.  She also served as Botswana’s Permanent Representative to the  UN in Geneva and Ambassador to Switzerland and serves on a number of regional and global Boards.
