Caroline is a qualified Chartered Accountant-CA(Z), who has more than 12 years of financial management experience across the non-governmental, external audit and private sector, making her a well-rounded financial management professional.

Caroline holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences from the University  of South Africa and bachelor and honours degrees in accounting with Africa University in Zimbabwe. She is also a Registered Public Auditor, a qualification that she obtained after completing her articles of clerkship with Grant Thornton Zimbabwe. In addition, Caroline is registered with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board of Zimbabwe.
