Ialfine Papisy

Graduate in Local Development Engineering from the Catholic University of Lyon, Ialfine Papisy brings over 20 years of experience in project management and the promotion of women’s rights in Southern Africa.

After leading Gender Links’ programmes in Francophone countries for over a decade, she continues her commitment within the organisation as a Programme Associate, with a particular focus on sexual and reproductive health rights. 

She actively contributes to the implementation of regional gender equality initiatives while supporting local authorities in mainstreaming gender and developing both national and international partnerships.
