Devan has hands-on experience working with women and children on a number of our projects, including as house coordinator and house manager at the Safe Haven Halfway Home, and entrepreneurship training.
Devan has worked in the non-governmental sector for more than six years, which has developed his ability to provide medium- and long-term solutions aimed at improving beneficiaries’ lives.
He has also taken part in delivering several entrepreneurship courses aimed at empowering women survivors of violence, including safety and security; grooming and personal hygiene; economic empowerment (entrepreneurship); gender mainstreaming; and adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights.
