I got a news tip that pregnant mothers in the highlands of Lesotho have serious problems in terms of attending pre-natal and post natal services. I felt a need to establish a reality on the ground because l understood that this amounted to Gender Based Violence. It was a very expensive study to conduct but since l understood the importance of bringing to light such a story, l incurred expenses and undertook the study.
