Key challengesMisconception of people under gender equality and lack of support. from people in higher positions ,financial challenges .Poor involvement of men in gender issues and most important cultural beliefs.,

Results

Change at the individual levelGender links entrepreneurship training change my life to become a Business woman, made me public out speaking person, The trust community put in my life for electing me in higher position at political level and as community representative.

Lessons learned and sharedA lot need to be done on grass root level to educate more people in rural areas. more awareness campaigns with school learners. and information sharing is very important .Networking with others. Train to be training other.
