ObjectivesI would like to work hard that people or community that I am leading should know deeper about gender equality, based knowledge be known to the whole community involving up growing children.I need a big change in infrastructure.
Key activitiesMy work as a councilor is to attend some of the needs of people in the village,to make aware of the things that government needs to do such as improvements, policies and many more.Another thing is to connect the community with Governments.
Key challengesThere are some challenges especially on men's side, they think gender equality promotes women to be more better than women.Sometimes such challenges are discovered when there is something to be shared among the family members, when there is a women a share is marginalized.
