Ts’a-le-Moleka (Tša-le-Moleka) is a community council situated in the Butha-Buthe District of Lesotho. The area lies at a high altitude—approximately 1,765 meters above sea level—highlighting the mountainous terrain that shapes much of life in the district. Ts’a-le-Moleka encompasses a number of villages, such as Ha Biafa, Ha Fako, Ha Makhoahla, Ha Motabola, Ha Motinyane (Qalo), Khilibitling, Liforong, Mothae, Qalo, and Tebe-Tebe, among many others.

In terms of governance, Ts’a-le-Moleka is administered by its Community Council, which forms part of Lesotho’s decentralized local government system.  This council is responsible for grassroots development, including managing natural resources, planning small-scale projects, and delivering basic services such as water and sanitation.  Traditional authority is also important: the area falls under the chieftaincy system, with area chiefs playing a role in local governance, particularly on land issues.
