Berseba is a village in the Karas Region of southern Namibia, and the district capital of the Berseba electoral constituency. It is situated 100 km (62 mi) north-west of Keetmasnhoop.
Introduction
The village council serves about +-1500 residents and has five councilors that who are elected into office. The council prides itself with a female dominance in council. The village is the capital of the Berseba electoral constituency, and also houses the constituency offices.
