SA: Gauteng Province Sunrise Campaign Summit 2025

The Gauteng Province is hosting its Sunrise Campaign Summit on 25–26 August 2025 at GL Cottages, with 31 participants taking part. Winners from this provincial summit will advance to the Regional Summit on 8 March 2026 in Johannesburg.The event showcases emerging entrepreneurs from the Sunrise Campaign as they share their journeys, challenges, and successes since joining the programme. These powerful testimonies will highlight how the campaign has shaped their businesses and personal growth.To inspire and encourage the participants, the summit features guest speaker Samantha Moagi, an experienced entrepreneur from Benoni, who will share her own journey in entrepreneurship. In addition, Fikile Maviya from Gender Links will conduct a laughter therapy session before presentations begin — helping participants manage stress and boost confidence.This year’s judging panel for the Gauteng Summit includes Neas Malepe and Philly Kamela, both GFPs from the Maruleng and Greater Tzaneen Municipalities in Limpopo.
