The Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (WVL) South Africa Fund is a feminist initiative supported by Global Affairs Canada that promotes gender equality and human rights for women and girls in all their diversity. The Fund supports 48 Women’s Rights Organisations and movements working to empower women, amplify their voices, and protect the rights of marginalised communities. It strengthens underfunded grassroots organisations that play a vital role in advancing gender justice and social change. Through financial, technical, and capacity-building support, the project builds sustainable feminist movements and enhances women’s agency.
