NEST has discovered that it is very important to include men in all gender related activities. The reason why this is deemed to be a good practice is that many men put resistance to the gender agenda because they think the agenda is conspiracy to dispose them for their positions and others think it ’s a battle between men and women so many men use hostile words against the entire gender issue. To dispel such fears men need to be included in gender related programs.
