Gender Links and the Southern Africa Gender Protocol Alliance for the first time ever will virtually launch the Southern Africa Gender Barometer  on the sidelines  of the Southern African Development Community Heads of State summit as the pandemic forces our region (and the whole world) into various states of lock down.
