TUTUME SUB COUNCIL IS A COUNCIL THAT MAKES A REAL DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLES LIVES

Tutume Sub District has been mainstreamed in GBV by BALA and Genderlinks since year 2014. The Action plan is available. The Sub District has not yet formed the committee for Gender Based Violance. Though the council has not budgeted for gender issues, funds are sourced from other votes to address issues of GBV e.g. economic empowerment project for women, funds are sourced from poverty eradication and Ipelegeng.
