1. Partners and other cooperation Youth Alive Zambia-CAYA and Bread For The World Youth Alive Mpika/CAYA-Bread for the world through the consultant provided technical support out in the area of developing tool for monitoring and evaluation in the area of gender activities in the life unlimited project since inception. The Government – As an organization we still continue enjoying cordial relations with ministries and other stake-holders in the following areas:- A. District commissioner (DC) is the overall person oversees the district on behalf of the government. Some of the successful relation- ships have been in the area of blessing the project implementers by giving a go ahead word to them so that activities can be happening in the District. It is the office that needs to be aware of whatever things happening in the district. B. District Education Board Secretary (DEBS) under the ministry of Education Heads district pertaining education since the majority of the target of the project beneficiaries comes from the school, the office of the DEBS in the District helps by granting CAYA permission to hold activities in schools. C. Ministry of health/ we have been working directly with the district Hiv/AIDS, TB and Malaria coordinator whose office has been helping the project in mobilising participants from the health sector, granting permission to work with health institution in the District where we have been working D. Ministry of youth and sport The youths have been the major target hence the ministry has been playing a key role in mobilising youths especially for events like open for a and musical show even in the area of giving information to visits that has been coming to monitor and evaluate the project. E. District HIV/AIDS Task Force (DATF) is a consortium of all groups/organisations in the district that deals with HIV/AIDS to the extent that on quarterly basis. It reports are sent to DATF and sent to province and finally to the nation through NAC that feeds information in the national statistics. Of which CAYA has been a member of the DATF at district lever and the consortium has been able to bring all the stake-holder involved in dealing with HIV/AIDS and Gender in the district3.4. Relationship with other organizations involved in implementing the action ? Others are Church leaders, community and village leaders, mpika community radio grassroots soccer Nazareth catholic women group helping the facilitators in the areas good practices of culture and traditions.
