The Namibia project site has managed to institutionalise itself at the local government level with key partnerships in Namibia with the local associations, ALAN and NALAO. The office is a recognised partner that draws mayor, municipal managers and other key high level officials and stakeholders to GL workshops. The COE process is fully functional within Namibia and councils are keen to be associated with GL
