Mozambique and Lusophone Office
The Mozambique and Lusaphone Office was registered at the beginning of February 2011. The office is situated at Marien Nguabi Avenue, No. 1475, Maputo. Mr Eduardo Namburete, one of our board members, heads the office.
Mozambique has been engaged in almost all major GL research projects, and offers a good opportunity for GL to make an entry into the Portuguese community in the region. A field office in this country will serve to engage both Angola and Mozambique. Sibia Marcos Celia Mevasse, the Local Government field officer, is establishing and taking forward the Centres of Excellence project by working with local government councils in Mozambique.
