Mary Coopan
Mary oined Gender Links in July 2009 as the Gender Justice and Local Government facilitator in Mauritius. Mary taught preschool children for 15 years before studying for a degree in social work. She brings a wealth of experience to GL after working as the chief welfare officer in the Municipal Council of Curepipe for several years.
