The contacts database comprises over 4000 contacts from across the Southern African region who hold a commitment to gender equality. These contacts consist of individuals who have attanded GL workshops and meetings.

Gender Links primarily uses the contacts database to share information with people in the region on news, GL activities and any opportunities from partners and like-minded organisations. Additionally, if GL is hosting workshops in a country in the SADC region, the contacts database becomes a vital tool, as the organisation can popularise that event with strategic contacts from that particular country.

In the future, this contacts database will become another tool we offer our colleagues and partners who sign up for this service.
