
















The "B Plus Ten" cyber dialogues were a series of seven real time, online "global citizens chats" during the review of the Beijing Platform for Action which took place at the United Nations in early March. The cyber dialogues were linked to "GEM News", the daily conference newspaper being produced by Gender Links (GL) from South Africa and the African Woman and Child Feature Service (AWC) from Kenya.
