Strategic Communications, IT Capacity building and 16 Days Workshop Report, South Africa, Oct 2008

19 participants represented by national and local government officials, NGOs and CBOs was convened on 6-7th October 2008 to build capacity of stakeholders in strategic communications based on the Sixteen Days of No Violence against Women Campaign. The workshop was held by Gender Links in collaboration with the Gender and Media Southern Africa Network (GEMSA).
