SADC and Gender Protocol Campaign
The SADC and Gender 2005 campaign is a partnership that aims to raise the current target of women in decisionmaking from thirty to fifty percent by 2020, and to elevate the SADC Declaration on Gender and Development to a Protocol on Accelerating Gender Equality in SADC.
