The trial of Jacob Zuma on allegations of rape served as a catalyst for public opinion to be voiced both for and against Zuma, and his actions, particlalr in the media. This article focuses not on editorial content, but rather on public expressions found in The Sowetan, both in letters from members of the public, and in photographs that reflect two sides of the debate.
