This guide is an edited and amended version of the first Parliamentary Committee Quick Reference Guide, which was published by the Parliament of the Republic of Namibia in collaboration with the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI). This 2008 edition is funded by USAID and published by the Namibia Institute for Democracy (NID). It is designed to provide general information on procedures in the committees for chairpersons and clerks.
