Description
Justice Modiri Letsididi has sentenced a man who brutally murdered his girlfriend with a hammer and burnt two houses to a total of 23 years.
Boheho Ramasimo of Nxaraga village, who pleaded guilty to all counts, flew into a rage when his girlfriend refused to go with him to his house and a fight erupted during which he eventually killed her.
Ramasimo has been sentenced to 13 years for the murder of his lover backdated to the date when he was first incarcerated in 2009 and five years for each for arson.
